My name is Alison Rosson and I studied Fashion and Textiles at London College of Fashion.  I previously worked as a Textiles and Art & Design Teacher in Kent for eleven years and recently joined Passmores in September 2018.

What struck me most about U1, when I first took over the form group, was that they are friendly and very welcoming. We have a range of characters in our form but we are all proud to be kind, considerate and helpful. I have been informed by their previous form tutor that U1 like to take part in as many house activities as possible. In the past, U1 have written poetry for the poetry competitions, excelled in Sports Day and other sporting activities and all members arrive in correct uniform and with correct equipment. Our house motto is ‘striving to the highest point’ and this is exactly what we are going to do.

All members of U1 are welcome to talk to me about any anxieties or concerns they have. Whether there are friendship difficulties or worries regarding a particular subject, U1 students can always rely on me to offer advice or point them in the right direction to seek the support they may require.

Parents or carers please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns or would just like to contact me. There is a link to my email address in the staff email contacts section of the website. I will try to respond within 24 hours.

I will do everything I can for U1 and Unicorn. I can guarantee that I will be participating in every house event that I can. I hope that you could do the same.
