My name is Jack Elston and I have been teaching and working in schools for seven years. This is my sixth year as a Physical Education teacher here at Passmores. Since I was a pupil at the school, I have been very passionate about the opportunities that the school provides the young people of the town. I am the deputy head of Griffin house, which is something that I am very proud of.

G1JEL is my tutor group and I support all of my tutees to allow them to reach their full potential. I am competitive about leading Griffin house to be a success. I expect students to have high expectations of themselves with equipment and uniform, whilst participating in as many house activities and extra-curricular clubs as possible, which I hope is supported by parents. The tutor group is a welcoming and supportive place and the pupils seem to cherish the time we spend together in the mornings and afternoons.

My main passion is sport and I strive to succeed in anything I do in life which is something I pass down to my form and house. As a deputy head of house my role is to support and develop all griffins to be well rounded individuals and contribute to making Passmores an even better school.

I will support my tutees as much as I can and if ever needed you can find me in the PE department or contact me via email. I will always aim to respond within 24 hours to any communications I receive. If I cannot answer your queries myself, I have no doubt that I will be able to get the answers from one of my colleagues.
